Brand Redesign
Challenge
The challenge for this project was to redesign the branding for an existing retail establishment. The Cuban Cafe, located on St. George Street in downtown St. Augustine, was selected. Assets include a new logo, color palette, and font system, along with a redesigned menu, website, exterior signage, and additional media.
Process
The redesign process involved creating moodboards, establishing a target audience, defining a true line and tagline, and identifying the core purpose. The Cuban Cafe serves traditional Cuban food and drinks, so authentic Cuban culture was chosen as the focus. The primary inspiration for this project was Cuban tiles

Through the use of pastel colors and stamp textures, a refreshing new brand identity was created, expressed cohesively across all designed media.
